Welcome to the School of Econometrics and Applied Statistics

School of Econometrics and Applied Statistics

The School of Econometrics and Applied Statistics is a training center for academic researchers, Ph.D students and professionals.

The School of Econometrics and Applied Statistics offers a range of courses in statistics, econometrics, business analytics and big data analysis, delivered in few days (similar to summer schools). These courses are taught by French or international academics and combine theoretical content and practical applications performed using various econometrics or statistics software (SAS, Matlab, R, Eviews, Stata, etc.). The courses are taught in French or in English and the number of participants is limited in order to ensure optimal learning conditions. A certificate of attendance will be established for all the participants.

The objective of the School of Econometrics and Applied Statistics is to provide advanced training to young researchers (Ph.D students), academic researchers or professionals, on specialized topics that are currently lively areas of new research. We also propose some introduction or refresher courses for people who lack sufficient basic knowledge of statistic, econometric modeling, or business analytics. Finally, the School of Econometrics and Applied Statistics may also organize individual or group training on a particular topic that presents a specific interest for your organization. We will find the most expert academic on the topic to deliver the class. For more information, please contact us.
